Flavours of Morocco

Moroccan cuisine in the spotlight at Le Doge

At the heart of Le Doge, Le Jasmine celebrates Moroccan cuisine in a setting where Art Deco elegance meets the traditions of the Kingdom. An emblematic figure of our hotel, Chef Fatima prepares authentic recipes deeply rooted in Morocco’s culinary heritage.

At Le Jasmine, we serve dishes true to the recipes and flavours handed down from generation to generation. Briouats, Moroccan salads, tagines, couscous and pastillas make up a menu that showcases the great classics of this generous cuisine.

Five decorated plates display a variety of dishes, including vegetables, meatballs, and a cake.

Heritage & generosity

Chef Fatima’s cuisine

Chef Fatima brings this cuisine to life with simplicity and generosity. Her work belongs to a family tradition in which cooking also means welcoming, sharing and taking care of one’s guests.

She keeps Moroccan recipes alive, taking care to preserve their flavours and authenticity. Ingredients are carefully selected, such as the free-range chicken, to offer honest cooking rooted in its land.

The art of hospitality

A Moroccan table in an Art Deco setting

At Le Jasmine fine-dining restaurant, the art of hospitality goes beyond the cooking. The décor and tableware play a full part in the restaurant’s atmosphere, creating a dialogue between Moroccan influences and the Art Deco world of Le Doge.

A moment out of time

The Fireplace Lounge

Adjoining the restaurant, the Fireplace Lounge is a space in its own right within Le Doge. Arranged around its period fireplace, it naturally extends the intimate atmosphere of our townhouse.

While Le Jasmine welcomes you for dinner, the Fireplace Lounge is open throughout the day. Settle in to enjoy a quiet moment, leaf through a book or simply take a break in this setting, which has retained all the charm of the mansion. The books lining the shelves along the walls further enhance the lounge’s cosy atmosphere.
