The Mediterranean at the table

Spanish restaurant in Casablanca

Rise above it all to discover Le Doge’s other table. Above Le Jasmine fine-dining restaurant, on the rooftop of our townhouse, Le Doge Café welcomes you in a stylish, relaxed atmosphere, with Casablanca as its backdrop.

On the menu, Executive Chef Gina draws on her Catalan heritage and the flavours discovered throughout her career to create convivial Mediterranean cuisine. She favours quality ingredients and chooses local and regional suppliers wherever possible, working with fresh produce and letting its flavours shine.

Two people raise red cocktail glasses in a toast at the table, surrounded by several plates of appetizers.

“Gina’s cooking draws on her Catalan roots, takes inspiration from the Mediterranean and is enriched by the flavours discovered throughout her career.”

Speciality

Le Doge’s paella

Among Le Doge Café’s specialities, you will find Le Doge’s seafood paella, fideuà and paella negra with cuttlefish ink. Recipes that carry forward Chef Gina’s Mediterranean and Catalan inspirations and naturally invite sharing.

And because preparing paella is a spectacle in its own right, Le Doge offers it as Show-cooking at your private or corporate events. Our team comes to you with a mobile station specially designed to prepare paella on site, before your guests’ eyes.

Rooftop

A restaurant overlooking Casablanca

From the shaded and heated rooftop, the view stretches over the White City, the Art Deco district and Arab League Park. Le Doge Café thus offers an exceptional vantage point over Casablanca, to be enjoyed throughout the day.

Settle in for lunch, a few tapas to share, dinner or simply a drink. The atmosphere is elegant without being formal: a place people come to as much for the cuisine as for the rooftop and the city.
